Location of the event - The Box Plymouth, Plymouth Award winning museum.
Ticket sales are showing as sold out what do I do? - Tickets sales this year will be sold in rounds to allow us to manage bookings and paperwork so if you miss out the first block make sure to set your alarms for Round two and Last Chance Round Three!!
Round One - SOLD OUT
Round Two - Next block of tickets will be released 31st July 6pm !
Round Three - Final block of tickets for sale will be available - 31st Aug 6pm!
Do I need to wear a frock? - no absolutely not, you can wear any me made garment you like as long as you feel great!
Will you be sending a physical ticket? - No, we are trying to keep this as paper free as possible. We will send you a confirmation of order from the Eventbrite website and then we will follow up with a few more emails with some information. If you haven't received any emails from us after a week of your purchase please get in touch to make sure we have your booking and correct email.
What will the food be like? - this is a very important question, we love to know what food is at and event, a full finger buffet including desserts will be served. You won't go hungry.
I have a food allergy what do I do? - we are catering for vegetarians and GF, please let us know if you are either of these. Also if you have any other food specific questions please pop us a message.
Where is Plymouth and how do I get to you? - Basically go to the bottom of the country and turn right before Cornwall, Stop, you're in Plymouth.
Plymouth is in Devon on the coast, right on the boarder with Cornwall. We have a train station and you can get a coach, and of course drive. Both the train station and bus station are semi central. Possibly a taxi ride to the venue depending if you fancy a walk or not. The venue's address is below.
How to I get to the venue once in Plymouth? the venue is at the top end of the City Centre, but on the rare occasion it might be raining here are a few taxi numbers for you. If you need to get a taxi home or to your hotel, please book this in advance, there is a slight shortage of taxi's in Plymouth and on a Saturday night it can be hard to find a spare taxi.

Cancelation Policy - This year we have decided to use Eventbrite to do all of our tickets sales, this means we a little limited on our refund policy. All refunds will be able to be applied for until One month before the event. If you need a refund please apply for this through Eventbrite via your original booking. We will then be able to agree to the refund and Eventbrite will issue this. Please note that Eventbrite adds a booking fee to all sales and this will be taken off if you cancel, so you will receive a refund of £58.87.
If you need to cancel your ticket within the month leading up to the event please email us directly. If you are able to sell your ticket we will then look to transfer the booking name, if you are unable then sadly we are unable to offer a refund.
