Try something very different in this Macrame workshop. Learn how to make a beautiful diamond wall hanging from recycle cotton cord.  In this beginner friendly workshop, you will not only learn basic knots and techniques but also how to start turning them into decorative items beyond the traditional potholder.

 

This hanger can be made in natural, or sage please provide your preference when booking. 

You will be guided by Steph who will share her top tips and hacks to get you off to a flying start.

 

Your wall hanging will be made from recycled cotton cord and a wooden dowel.

 

In this 2 1/2hr  session you will learn:

1.     Types of cord and their uses

2.     Larks head knot

3.     Square knot

4.     Alternating square knot

Myself and my daughter came in to choose a pattern to get us back into sewing again.
